Two pressure sensors connect to the service ports your technician already uses. Two temperature probes strap onto the lines — nothing cut, nothing drilled. Installation is included in the price.

The monitor streams readings on its own cellular connection, included for the life of the monitor. No Wi-Fi, no homeowner network, no app to keep logged in.

The things people ask before they buy

Do I need Wi-Fi?

No. The monitor has its own cellular connection built in, included for the life of the unit. It never touches your home network and there is no password to give anyone.

Are there monthly fees, and is tax included?

No monthly fees. You buy the hardware once and connectivity, monitoring and alerts are included, so there is nothing to cancel and no bill that appears later. Sales tax is the one thing not in the listed price — it is calculated from your address and added at checkout.

How soon can you install it?

Systems are in stock and we are booking about a week out. You pay in full when you order, we call within one business day to book a time, and a licensed technician fits it at your home.

Does this replace my annual maintenance?

No, and we would not sell it that way. Monitoring watches two refrigerant lines. It cannot inspect a heat exchanger, electrical connections, condensate drainage or airflow at the air handler, and those still need a person. What it changes is that your technician arrives already knowing what the system has been doing since the last visit.

What if it does not fit my system?

We confirm compatibility before installing anything. Vetralis works with most residential and light-commercial split systems and heat pumps; it depends on accessible service ports, fitting match, pressure ranges suited to your refrigerant and available power. If it is not a fit, we do not install and you are refunded in full.

What happens when it finds something?

You get an alert by text, email and in the app, describing what moved out of range. You decide who services it - we do not route the work to anyone or take a cut. If you already have a company you trust, keep them.

No, and any product that says otherwise is overselling. It watches refrigerant pressure and line temperature on the outdoor unit and alerts when they drift outside the normal operating range. It has no view of your electrical system or your indoor equipment, and it is not a substitute for professional maintenance.
