1. A licensed technician fits it

Two pressure sensors go on the liquid- and vapor-side service ports a technician already uses. Two temperature probes strap onto the lines with a ratchet clamp. Nothing is cut and nothing is drilled. Opening the refrigerant circuit requires a certified technician, so this is never a DIY or maintenance-staff install.

2. It brings its own network

Each monitor has its own cellular connection, with cellular service included for the lifetime of the unit. It never touches a resident's Wi-Fi, and there is no site gateway, hub or bridge to install, secure or maintain at the property.

Two layers, and we will tell you which is which

Real-time alerts run on a physics engine — pressure and temperature evaluated against the range that specific unit has established as normal, latched with hysteresis so it does not chatter. A second layer reads roughly ninety days of history with a language model to catch slow-developing problems that no instantaneous reading can see. These are the conditions Vetralis is looking for. It is a monitoring product and cannot detect every possible fault — monitoring two refrigerant lines cannot assess a heat exchanger, electrical connections, condensate drainage, or airflow at the air handler.
