Two different periods apply to your Vetralis system, and they are deliberately not the same length. The monitoring service lasts as long as the monitor does; the parts warranty is one year. This page explains exactly what each one covers.
The monitor, sensors, probes, harness and power supply are warranted against defects for one year from the date of installation.
Cellular connectivity, monitoring and alert delivery are included for the operational life of the monitor, with no monthly fee and nothing to cancel.
For one year from installation, if any part of the Vetralis kit fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we repair or replace it at no charge, including the labour to fit the replacement.
The warranty covers defects, not damage or misuse.
Monitoring continues for the operational life of the monitor, regardless of the parts warranty period. You will not be billed monthly, and there is no subscription to cancel.
"Lifetime" means the working life of the monitor installed at your property — not the life of the building, the HVAC equipment it watches, or any person. The commitment travels with the monitor: if it is removed, replaced by someone else, or damaged beyond repair, the service for that unit ends with it.
The service and the parts warranty are independent. The service continuing into year four does not extend the parts warranty, and replacing a part does not create a new warranty period.
If the hardware fails after the first year, the monitoring service does not disappear — but the replacement part and the visit to fit it are chargeable. Call us on (940) 222-8333 and we will quote before doing any work.
This is the one part of the offer worth reading twice. The service is included for the life of the monitor; the parts warranty is one year. A monitor that fails in year four is repairable, and that repair is a cost to you. We would rather you knew that at the point of purchase than discovered it in year four.
Call (940) 222-8333 or email sales@vetralis.com with the address the system is installed at. If the unit has gone offline we can usually see that from our side before you call.
Do not remove or refit the sensors yourself. They connect to a pressurised refrigerant circuit and must be handled by a certified technician.
This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law, and does not limit them.
